Youth and Young Adult Ministries (Y2M) - The primary responsibility
of this team is to evaluate, plan and implement a ministry program that
supports the faith development of youth and young adults after confirmation
through college age (approximately ages 14 - 22), including but not
limited to: regular learning opportunities, campus ministry relationships,
and participation in conference, synodical and ELCA youth events, etc.
Emphasis should be given to discipleship development
