Council Highlights
The council meeting was held Tuesday, April 8, 2008. Following are highlights of the meeting:
- Member pictures will be taken Sundays, May 4, 11 and 18 for a new pictorial church directory. Volunteers are needed to help
- Fifteen volunteers are needed for the next scheduled Mobile Food Pantry on Saturday, June 28 from 10:00 am to 12 noon
- The Interfaith Refugee & Immigration Ministries (IRIM) office will move to a new location by May 1
- Efforts are underway to solve the problem with one Trinity phone line that has triggered sixteen 911 calls
- Trinity United and Sagrado Corazon church councils will meet with Synod representatives Hector Garfia and Carol Bremeister
- Council discussed and approved salaries for the 2008 budget.
The next meeting of the church council will be held Tuesday, May 13 at 7:30 PM in the Library/Conference Room.. Members and guests are welcome.
